Undefeated Team (including UndefeatedXV) is run by the Undefeated Team crew. This policy explains what we collect when you play, why, and your choices. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Your email address and a securely hashed password (or your Apple or Google sign-in), to run your account.
• Your username, which is shown publicly on the leaderboard.
• Your game data: drafts, World Cup results, coins and when you played.
• Basic technical data (such as browser type and error reports) to keep the game working.

We don't sell your information, show third-party ads or use advertising trackers.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run the game: Supabase (accounts and database) and Vercel (website hosting). They process data on our behalf and may store it outside Australia, including in the United States.

Cookies

We only use cookies needed to keep you signed in.

Your choices

• You can see your history and stats on your profile page.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile. This permanently removes your account, username, coins and results.
• For access or correction requests, or any privacy question, email hello@undefeatedteam.app.

Children

Undefeated Team is not directed at children under 13, and they should not create an account.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and tell you in the game if the change is significant.
